2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information necessary for effective service delivery. Atelier Consulting cannot be held responsible for errors or delays arising from incomplete or inaccurate data supplied by the client.
3. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Financial data shared in the course of service will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent, except where required by law. Discretion and client trust remain central to every engagement.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are payable in accordance with the terms outlined in your service agreement. Late or unpaid invoices may result in temporary suspension of services until the account is current.
5. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to maintain accuracy and diligence, Atelier Consulting shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Responsibility for tax filings, audits, or CPA submissions remains with the client or their designated tax professional unless otherwise specified in writing.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. All outstanding fees for completed or in-progress work will remain payable upon termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, templates, and proprietary tools developed by Atelier Consulting remain the intellectual property of the firm unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
